VK White Cement Based Waterproof Wall Putty reinforced with some special hydrophobic additive to offer unique water proofing properties. This inimitable variety powder putty can be applied after proper mixing with water over external or internal concrete/mortar substrates to provide smooth, aesthetic fi nish and extended life of top coat paints with outstanding damp proofing ability.

USAGE AREA Suitable for all new and old concrete/mortar/concrete plaster/ new concrete in sound condition.
DIRECTION FOR USE : Surface preparation Remove all loose and unwanted material from the wall surface with the help of a suitable followed by water splash. The substrate should be in sound conditions free from any loose and friable matters etc. The surface must be clean and free from dust/oily substances. Surface should be sufficiently wet before applying the putty.
Mixing : Mix our waterproof wallputty with 35%-45% clean water (by weight) to make a homogeneous paste. Continue the mixing for at least 5-10 minutes till a uniform, lump-free consistency achieved. Application Apply thoroughly mixed Our Waterproof Wallputty apply on a previously moisten surface from bottom to upward direction. use putty blade or any other suitable instrument for uniform and smooth application with proper finish. Apply theirs coat on prepared surface at SSD Condition. Allow the surface to dry for 4-6 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. After that simply swipe the dried surface with very fine emery paper or wet sponge to remove loose/lumpy residue on the surface.. Apply the second coat of putty and allow it to dry well. With the help of a wet sponge, gently remove marks on the surface, if any. Allow the surface to cure overnight for complete drying, before application of paints, It is generally not necessary to rub the dried surface again before application of top coat required. Yet one can use a very fine waterproof emery paper if required. If sanding with a very fine waterproof Emery Paper is done, remove the dust with the help of clean cloth before application of paint.
Care must be taken to ensure complete mixing of VK White Cement Based Waterproof Wall Putty with water. It is advisable not to mix large quantity of putty with water which can’t be consumed within 3 hours at 30°C. The total thickness of coats should not exceed 1.5 mm.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION : It is mandatory to apply primer before application of paint.
